A mobile app is handy when all your tickets are stored in a single account. However, before setting off, it is worth checking not only that the tickets have been purchased, but also that you can access them on the passenger’s phone. This is particularly important if a relative is making the booking.
Searching for and selecting a seat
Open the official app via the UZ link. Enter the stations, date and passengers, then view the journey details and carriage layout. Check that the seat meets your requirements: overhead rack, adjacent seats, compartment category. Before paying, check the summary details; do not rely on them being carried over from a previous booking.
Preparing your phone
Once you’ve booked, find your ticket in your ‘Journeys’ section. Save an offline copy of your boarding pass and check that the code is legible. Charge your phone, take a cable with you, and don’t leave opening your ticket until just before boarding. If you’ve changed your device or phone number, restore access to your account in advance.
