When comparing journeys from Lviv to Warsaw, consider the total journey time to your final destination. Two options with similar journey times by train may differ significantly in terms of waiting times and transfers.
Checking the route for a specific date
When searching, check whether a direct service is available on the date or whether a change of train is required. For connections, compare the exact stations, waiting times and conditions for individual tickets. Do not book a short connection simply because the total price is lower.
Arrival and contingency plan
In Warsaw, check your arrival station and how to get to your accommodation. If your journey involves a flight, your train arrival time does not replace your airport arrival time. Prepare your documents and the host’s contact details, regardless of your new mobile tariff.
What to keep to hand before departure
Have your full tickets, station addresses and transport operators’ contact details to hand offline. Check availability, prices and times using the latest search results: this guide is not a timetable. You’ll need to check your eligibility to cross the border separately, based on your own documents and circumstances.
