When holidaying in Truskavets, a convenient journey is one where you know exactly where to go with your luggage upon arrival. Check your arrival time and whether early luggage storage is available before finalising your ticket booking.
How to check availability for your chosen date
Compare the trains and seats available on your chosen date. If a good night’s sleep is important to you, consider not only the class but also the actual duration of the night journey. For elderly passengers, arrange the bunk and boarding method in advance. Don’t rely on a chance swap with a neighbour after departure.
Plan for after you leave the carriage
Keep the address of your accommodation and your booking confirmation to hand. Don’t schedule an important appointment or consultation immediately after your expected arrival: travelling through the city and any delays could disrupt your plans. Choose your return ticket taking into account check-out times and the time needed to collect your luggage.
Before confirming your ticket
Open the official Ukrainian Railways (UZ) search tool and check your chosen stations, timetable, passenger details and seat conditions. This guide explains the preparation process but does not replace the actual booking: you must check the availability of the service, seats and the final price for your specific date. Save the completed booking until you leave home.
