In older guidebooks, you may come across different distinctions between Interrail and Eurail. Do not choose a product based solely on this information: the names, website and terms and conditions of the offers may change. The terms and conditions applicable at the time of your purchase are what matter.
Start by entering your personal details
On the official website, enter your country of residence correctly, as required by the service. Do not assume that your nationality is the same as your country of residence without checking the details. Check which travel passes are available, what documents are required, and which countries they cover. If the terms are unclear due to a rebranding, contact official customer support before making a payment.
Compare the product, not the logo
Check the validity period, travel dates, class and bookings. An old screenshot showing a different name does not prove that the product is suitable for you today. Save the terms and conditions of your chosen offer and your confirmation. If you’re using a travel pass you’ve already purchased, follow the instructions specific to that pass and don’t change the details at random.
