Buying a ticket

Select your destination and date, compare options, enter your passenger details and complete the payment. Save your ticket on your phone so you can access it without an internet connection.

Before departure

Double-check your departure time and boarding point. Other options are available in the destinations catalogue, and you can start a new search on the homepage.

How to choose a journey

Compare departure and arrival times, journey duration, connections, final stop and the carrier’s terms and conditions. Allow plenty of time for your next connection.

Boarding in Ternopil

The departure address is shown on the journey details and your ticket. Arrive in good time, check the platform and have the document you provided when booking ready.

Arrival in Salzburg

Check the location of the final stop and transport to your destination in advance, especially if you are arriving early or late.

Documents and border control

Before travelling internationally, check that your documents are valid and familiarise yourself with the latest entry requirements. Due to queues at the border, your actual arrival time may vary.

Luggage

Baggage allowances are set by the carrier. Keep documents, money, medication, your phone and chargers in your hand luggage.

Comfort

Take some water, a snack, headphones, a power bank and something warm to wear. Check the flight details for Wi-Fi, power sockets, air conditioning and other amenities.
