Documents and the border

Before travelling abroad, check that your documents are valid and that you’re aware of the latest entry requirements. Due to queues at the border, your actual arrival time may vary.

Luggage

Baggage allowances are set by the carrier. Keep documents, money, medicines, your mobile phone and chargers in your hand luggage.

Comfort

Take water, a snack, headphones, a power bank and something warm to wear. Check the flight description for details of Wi-Fi, power sockets, air conditioning and other amenities.

Booking a ticket

Select your destination and date, compare offers, enter your passenger details and complete payment. Save your ticket on your phone so you can access it without an internet connection.

Before departure

Double-check your departure time and boarding gate. Other options are available in the destinations catalogue, and you can start a new search on the homepage.

How to choose a journey

Compare departure and arrival times, journey duration, connections, final stop and the carrier’s terms and conditions. Allow plenty of time for your onward journey.
