Boarding in Rivne

The departure address is stated on the journey details and ticket. Please arrive in good time, check the platform and bus number, and have the document ready that you provided details of when booking.

Arrival in Barcelona

Find out in advance exactly where the final stop is and how to get to your destination. It is particularly important to check public transport timetables in the event of an early or late arrival.

Documents and border crossing

Before travelling internationally, check the validity of your documents and the current entry requirements. The time taken to clear customs depends on queues and checks, so your actual arrival time may differ from the scheduled time.

Luggage on the bus

The number, weight and dimensions of luggage are determined by the specific carrier’s rules. It is best to keep documents, money, medicines, your mobile phone and chargers in your hand luggage.

Comfort on the journey

For a long journey, pack some water, a light snack, headphones, a power bank and something warm to wear. Check the description of your chosen coach for details of Wi-Fi, power sockets, air conditioning and other amenities.

How to buy a ticket

Select your destination and date, compare options, carefully enter the passenger’s details and complete the payment. Save your e-ticket on your phone so that it’s accessible without an internet connection.

Check before departure

Double-check the date, time and boarding point, and allow plenty of time to get to the bus stop. You can browse other options in the route catalogue, or start a new search on the RedRay homepage.

How to choose a journey

Compare departure and arrival times, the total journey time, any changes, the final stop and the carrier’s terms and conditions. If you’re planning to take another form of transport after the bus, allow plenty of time.
