Comfort

For a long journey, make sure you have water, a snack, headphones, a power bank and something warm to wear. Check the amenities listed for the bus in the description of the specific journey.

Booking a ticket

Select your destination and date, compare options and enter the passenger’s details accurately. Once you’ve paid, save your e-ticket on your phone.

Before departure

Double-check the date, time and boarding point. Other options are available in the destinations catalogue, and you can start a new search on the RedRay homepage.

Choosing a flight

Compare departure and arrival times, journey duration, connections, destination and the carrier’s terms and conditions. Choose an option that allows sufficient time for your onward plans.

Boarding in Poltava

Check the exact stop on your selected journey and ticket. Arrive in good time, check the platform and have the document specified during booking ready.

Arrival in Rzeszów

Check the final stop and transport to your destination in advance. If you’re arriving late, it’s a good idea to check the timetables for local transport or a transfer service.

Documents

For international travel, check that your documents are valid and that you are aware of the current entry requirements. Delays may occur at the border, so do not plan tight connections immediately after arrival.

Luggage

Luggage allowances vary by carrier. Keep documents, money, medication, chargers and valuables in your hand luggage, and label your suitcase with your contact details.
