Arrival in Toruń

Check the address of your final destination and public transport options in advance. If you have a train, flight or other journey planned after your bus journey, allow plenty of time to allow for possible delays.

Border and documents

When travelling to Poland, passengers are responsible for checking the current document requirements and entry requirements themselves. The time taken to clear customs depends on queues and checks, so the actual duration may differ from the estimated time.

Luggage and hand luggage

Weight, size and quantity limits are set by the carrier. Before booking, please review the terms and conditions of the specific offer, and arrange in advance for any non-standard luggage, pushchairs or bicycles.

Payment and currency

The Polish zloty is used in the destination country. For expenses after arrival, it is handy to have a bank card and a small amount of cash. The final ticket price is shown on the website before payment.

Comfort on the journey

For a long journey, take water, a charger, any necessary medication and warm clothing. The availability of Wi-Fi, power sockets, air conditioning and other amenities depends on the coach and is shown in the journey description, provided the operator has supplied this information.

Travelling with children

Check the requirements for children’s travel documents, tickets and accompanying adults before booking. For night journeys, pack a snack, water and items that will help your child rest comfortably.
