Kyiv–Poznań bus: preparing for the journey

It’s worth planning your international journey based on the exact details of your chosen journey. The Kyiv–Poznań route takes you to Poland; compare departure times, pick-up points, journey duration and fare conditions.

Luggage and hand luggage

The permitted number of suitcases, the weight of hand luggage and the charge for extra space depend on the carrier. It is best to check with the carrier about non-standard luggage before buying a ticket. Conditions may vary between different carriers on the same route.

Comfort on the journey

For a long journey, make sure you have water, a light snack, headphones and a fully charged mobile phone. Wi-Fi, power sockets, air conditioning and toilets are not available on every coach. Plan in advance how you will stay in touch after arrival and how you will get from the final stop.

Booking an e-ticket

Enter your first name and surname exactly as they appear on your travel document. Before paying, check the date, route, passenger contact details and the terms and conditions of your chosen fare. Make sure you have received your booking confirmation and that it opens on your device.

A quick checklist before departure

• check the date, time and pick-up address;
• check the passenger details on the ticket;
• prepare your documents for border control;
• check the baggage allowance;
• charge your phone and save your ticket offline;
• arrive at the bus stop in good time.

Kyiv to Poznań

Choose a bus based on a combination of factors, not just the departure time. Up-to-date information about the journey to Poznań is shown on the search page and on your ticket once it has been booked.

How to check the timetable

The timetable is generated for a specific date and may vary depending on the day of the week, the season and the carriers’ offers. If you can change your travel dates, compare neighbouring dates as well. In the search, enter Kyiv, Poznań, the date and the number of passengers. Before booking, open the full description of the offer.

Boarding in Kyiv

There may be several coach stations and stops in the city. Do not rely solely on the name of the town or city; check the exact address in the journey details. Arrive in good time to find the correct platform, stow your luggage and board the coach without rushing.

Documents required for international travel

Passengers must have the documents required to leave Ukraine and enter their destination country. Check your passport’s validity and the current requirements specific to your situation. The time spent at the border is not fixed, so upon arrival, allow plenty of time before your next connection.
