Comfort

For a long journey, make sure you have water, a snack, headphones, a power bank and something warm to wear. Check the amenities listed for the bus in the description of the specific journey.

Booking a ticket

Select your destination and date, compare options and enter the passenger’s details accurately. Once you’ve paid, save your e-ticket on your mobile.

Before departure

Double-check the date, time and boarding point. Other options are available in the destinations catalogue, and you can start a new search on the RedRay homepage.

Choosing a journey

Compare departure and arrival times, journey duration, connections, destination and the carrier’s terms and conditions. Choose an option that allows sufficient time for your onward plans.

Boarding in Kryvyi Rih

Check the exact platform on your selected journey and ticket. Arrive in good time, check the platform and have the document specified during booking ready.

Arrival in Bucharest

Check your final stop and transport to your destination in advance. If you’re arriving late, it’s a good idea to check the timetables for local transport or shuttle services.

Documents

For international travel, check the validity of your documents and the current entry requirements. Delays may occur at the border, so do not plan tight connections immediately after arrival.

Luggage

Baggage allowances vary by carrier. Keep documents, money, medication, chargers and valuables in your hand luggage, and label your suitcase with your contact details.
