Arrival in Brno

Before your journey, check the name of your final stop and how to get from there to your destination. If you’re arriving late, it’s worth checking in advance the operating hours of public transport, shuttle services or taxis.

Documents and border control

For international journeys, passengers are responsible for checking the validity of their documents and the current entry requirements. The time taken to clear customs depends on queues and checks, so allow plenty of time between the bus’s arrival and any subsequent connections.

Luggage on the journey

The permitted number and size of luggage items depend on the specific carrier’s rules. Label your suitcase with your contact details, and keep documents, money, medicines, chargers and valuables in your hand luggage.

Comfort during the journey

Conditions on board vary depending on the bus and the operator. Check the advertised amenities in the journey description. For a long journey, bring water, a light snack, headphones, a power bank and anything else that will help you relax comfortably.

Booking online

Enter your departure and arrival cities, select a date, compare offers and fill in your passenger details carefully. Once you’ve paid, save your e-ticket on your phone and, if possible, make an offline copy.

Useful tips before you set off

Double-check the date, time and boarding point, make sure your phone is fully charged and allow plenty of time to get to the coach station. Other routes are available in the RedRay route catalogue, and you can start a new search on the homepage.

How to choose a journey

Pay attention not only to the departure time, but also to the journey duration, the number of changes, the destination and the carrier’s terms and conditions. For a night-time journey, a late departure may be convenient, whilst for a business trip, an arrival in the morning may be preferable.

Departures from Berdychiv

The exact departure point is specified in the selected journey and on your ticket. Arrive in good time, check the platform number and have the document you provided during booking ready. If the boarding point has changed, please refer to the carrier’s latest information.
